Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. Techlantica reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Services Provided

Techlantica operates as a premium B2B technology agency providing, but not limited to, the following services:

• Custom Web Engineering & SaaS Development
• Native iOS and Android Mobile App Development
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integrations & Automation
• Managed IT Solutions and Cloud Architecture
• UI/UX Design and Corporate Branding

Specific deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements will be outlined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreement (MSA) for each project.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of projects, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary resources, APIs, and credentials.
• Deliver required content, brand assets, and feedback within the agreed timelines.
• Ensure that any materials provided to Techlantica do not infringe upon third-party copyrights or trademarks.

Delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary assets may result in adjusted project timelines and additional billing.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Techlantica IP: All proprietary software, frameworks, and pre-existing codebases used by Techlantica remain the exclusive property of Techlantica.

Client IP: Upon full and final payment of all invoices, the specific custom source code, designs, and final deliverables created specifically for your project will be transferred to your ownership, unless otherwise stated in the SOW.

5. Payments & Billing

All pricing, payment schedules, and billing terms will be detailed in your project proposal or invoice. Standard terms include:

• An initial upfront deposit is required to commence project development.
• Subsequent payments are tied to project milestones as defined in the SOW.
• All payments are non-refundable once development on a specific milestone has commenced, subject to our Refund Policy.
• Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum amount permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Techlantica, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Techlantica for the specific service in question during the past 12 months.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
