General & Onboarding
What is your typical project timeline?
Project timelines vary based on complexity. A standard corporate website may take 3-6 weeks, while a full-scale native mobile app or custom AI integration typically takes 8-16 weeks. We provide a precise timeline during the discovery phase.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes, absolutely. While our engineering core is based in India, we operate globally. We have seamless remote workflows, accommodate multiple time zones, and accept international payments via Stripe.
How do we communicate during the project?
We believe in transparent communication. You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager. We use Slack/Microsoft Teams for daily updates, Notion/Jira for project tracking, and weekly Google Meet calls for milestone reviews.
Pricing & Contracts
How does your pricing and billing work?
We do not use a "one-size-fits-all" approach. After understanding your requirements, we provide a fixed-price proposal broken down into measurable milestones. You only pay for the milestone we are actively working on.
Will we own the intellectual property (IP) and source code?
Yes. Upon the successful completion of the project and full settlement of all invoices, 100% ownership of the final source code, designs, and assets is transferred to you, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
What is your refund policy?
Because we deploy engineering resources immediately upon project kickoff, completed milestones and third-party expenses (like servers/APIs) are non-refundable. Please review our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy for specific terms.
Technical & Post-Launch Support
Do you provide ongoing support after the project goes live?
Yes! Every custom project comes with a 30-day bug-free guarantee post-launch. After that, we offer Managed IT Solutions and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) to keep your software secure, updated, and highly performant.
What technology stack do you specialize in?
Our engineers are stack-agnostic but highly specialized. We heavily utilize React, Next.js, and Node.js for web; Flutter and Swift/Kotlin for mobile; and Python, OpenAI APIs, and custom LLMs for AI architectures.
