To maintain the highest level of performance, security, and reliability across Techlantica's infrastructure, all clients and users must adhere to strict operational guidelines.
No Illegal Activity
Our infrastructure cannot be used for malicious purposes, copyright infringement, or hosting illegal content.
System Integrity
Port scanning, DDoS attacks, and unauthorized access to external servers via our network are strictly prohibited.
Immediate Action
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without prior notice.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the unacceptable uses of Techlantica’s cloud hosting, APIs, web applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By utilizing our Services, you agree to abide by this AUP. Techlantica reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
1. Prohibited & Illegal Activities
You may not use Techlantica's Services to engage in, foster, or promote illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior, including but not limited to:
- Distribution or hosting of malware, viruses, trojan horses, or other destructive code.
- Hosting phishing websites or fraudulent applications.
- Transmission or storage of content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including pirated software and media.
- Hosting or transmitting child exploitation material or terrorism-related content.
2. Network & System Security Violations
Users are strictly prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of our network or any third-party network. Violations include:
- Unauthorized Access: Accessing data, accounts, or servers which you are not authorized to access.
- Interference: Executing Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
- Probing/Scanning: Performing unauthorized vulnerability scans or network monitoring.
3. Email Abuse & Spam
Techlantica maintains a zero-tolerance policy against spam. You are prohibited from using our infrastructure to:
- Send unsolicited bulk emails (UBE) or commercial messages (Spam).
- Host "payload" websites linked from spam emails sent from other networks.
- Operate open mail relays or unconfirmed mailing lists.
4. Infrastructure & Resource Abuse
Our managed hosting and API ecosystems rely on fair use. Users may not consume excessive server resources (CPU, RAM, Bandwidth) in a way that disrupts the performance of other clients sharing the infrastructure, unless specifically provisioned on a dedicated or isolated environment.
5. Enforcement & Penalties
We may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. Our reporting may include disclosing appropriate customer information.
6. Reporting Violations
Techlantica requests that anyone who believes that there is a violation of this AUP direct the information to our Abuse/Security Department.
