Third-party licenses, cloud hosting, and fully completed design/code milestones cannot be refunded.

At Techlantica, we build highly customized digital solutions, including web engineering, mobile applications, and AI integrations. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, the time, and resources invested from the moment a project begins, we maintain a strict, milestone-based refund and cancellation policy.
1. General Policy Overview
Every project at Techlantica is divided into measurable milestones (e.g., Discovery, UI/UX Design, Core Development, Testing, Deployment). Payments are generally collected in advance for each corresponding milestone. Work on a milestone will only commence once the invoice is cleared.
2. Project Cancellations by Client
You have the right to cancel or pause your project at any time. However, the cancellation must be communicated in writing via email to your designated Project Manager or our billing department.
- If a project is canceled, you will be billed only for the work completed up to the exact date of the cancellation notice.
- Any remaining balance from upfront deposits that exceeds the cost of the completed work will be refunded.
- If the completed work exceeds the initial deposit, you will be invoiced for the outstanding balance.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case and milestone-by-milestone basis. You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
- We fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work for a specific milestone.
- You decide to cancel the project before any actual design or development work has commenced on the newly paid milestone.
4. Strictly Non-Refundable Items
Under no circumstances will Techlantica issue refunds for the following third-party expenses or completed phases:
- Domain name registrations and SSL certificates.
- Third-party API licenses, premium plugins, or commercial themes purchased specifically for your project.
- Cloud hosting architecture setups (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and server deployment costs.
5. Retainer & Managed IT Services
For ongoing monthly services such as SEO, Digital Growth, Managed IT Support, and Server Monitoring:
- These are strictly month-to-month or contracted annual services and are non-refundable.
- To cancel an ongoing monthly retainer, a written notice of exactly 30 days is required prior to your next billing cycle.
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved by our billing department, it will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original method of payment (e.g., Razorpay, or Stripe account used). Bank processing times may vary and are outside of our control.
