At Techlantica, we strive to deliver the highest quality of digital services including website development, app development, branding, and digital marketing. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and to protect the interests of both parties.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Project Start:
    If you wish to cancel your service before the work has started, you are eligible for a full refund. You must notify us via email within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After Project Commencement:
    If the project has already started, cancellation may not be possible. In exceptional cases, we may retain a partial service charge and refund the remaining balance, depending on the amount of work already completed.

  • Subscription Services (e.g., Hosting, Maintenance):
    Monthly or yearly subscription services can be canceled anytime. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

  • Non-Tangible Services:
    Due to the nature of digital services, completed and delivered projects are non-refundable.

  • Partial Refunds:
    If the project is canceled midway by mutual consent, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the applicable charges for work completed.

  • No Refunds Will Be Provided:

    • For dissatisfaction due to change of mind

    • If the client fails to provide necessary materials or feedback, causing delays

    • After the final approval or delivery of the service

    • On promotional or discounted services

  • Force Majeure:
    No refunds will be given for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, internet outages, third-party service failures, etc.).

Revision and Support Clause

All services come with a defined revision limit (as per package). Further changes will be chargeable. Revisions do not constitute grounds for a refund.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To initiate a request, email us at support@techlantica.com with:

  • Your full name and email used in the order

  • Service name and order ID

  • Clear reason for the cancellation or refund request

All requests are processed within 5–7 business days.
